Requirements

- Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency.
- Independent worker capable of taking ownership of tasks.
- Adaptable to changing priorities.
- Curious mindset, eager to learn and test new ideas.
- Open to receiving and acting on feedback.
- Strong knowledge of crochet or knitting (significant advantage).
- Previous experience in e-commerce, product development, or brand management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.
- Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
- Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.
- Review customer feedback to spot trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Research new crochet and knitting trends, products, and opportunities.
- Help with product-related customer questions and monitor online communities.
- Execute marketing initiatives, source creative content, and support storytelling.
- Use AI tools to streamline research, analysis, and daily tasks.
