Requirements
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes and defense strategies for sexual torts litigation.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Work collaboratively as part of a trial team.
- Manage routine communications with existing and future clients.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to less experienced attorneys.
