- Demonstrated experience with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities including discovery and trial
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with time management systems
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes for trial strategy
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
- Cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
- Maintain routine communication with clients
- Collaborate as part of a team across all levels of experience
