Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA approved school.
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience.
- Substantive experience with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities and discovery.
- Experience handling insurance defense matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to think and act independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes and litigation strategies.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery.
- Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate client relationships.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
- Work collaboratively as part of a litigation team.
