Requirements
- JD from an ABA-approved school.
- Active license in the State of California.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience.
- Experience in landlord-tenant and habitability litigation.
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities including discovery and trial preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to act independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop a compelling case theme for litigation.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Work collaboratively as part of a legal team.
- Communicate regularly with clients to cultivate relationships.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
