Requirements
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active California State Bar license.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience.
- Extensive experience with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Collaborate with team members across all experience levels.
- Maintain routine communications with clients and cultivate professional relationships.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.
