Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in compensation.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on multiple projects.
- Strong consulting and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze compensation data, market trends, and program effectiveness.
- Experience with compensation program administration, incentive compensation, and structures.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex compensation initiatives involving job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, and compensation surveys.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for executive, incentive, international, and sales compensation.
- Manage incentive compensation programs, including eligibility, scoring, calculations, and structures.
- Lead the build-out and development of incentive compensation processes within Workday Extend.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and organizational leaders to resolve compensation-related initiatives.
- Conduct audits of compensation programs to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulations.
- Mentor lower-level compensation analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
