Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of data analytics experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in data mining, predictive modeling, and using data to influence business decisions.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C, or R.
- Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies including forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced degree is preferred.
- Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Experience using AI-assisted technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, Copilot, Claude, SQL, or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Requirement of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speed for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced data analytics, statistical, predictive, AI-enabled, and optimization techniques to address complex business problems.
- Mine and analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and insights.
- Develop, test, and validate analytical and predictive models to improve program outcomes and business value.
- Utilize AI and automation technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical, business, and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with IT, business teams, and subject matter experts to incorporate organizational knowledge into projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, explaining business impact and implications.
