Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
- Proactive "Unblocker" mindset with the ability to drive accountability across teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Solid working knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace or Confluence.
- Proven track record running standups, tracking dependencies, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing channels such as Email, Push, WhatsApp, and In-App messages.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution and clear roadblocks by proactively engaging team members and identifying missing assets early.
- Maintain and update Monday.com boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs in real time.
- Lead standups and project check-ins with internal teams and external agencies.
- Capture and follow up on clear action items until they are closed.
- Manage the movement of campaign assets through QA and ensure alignment with Customer Care for high-volume sends.
