Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on client requirements.
- Automate workflows and processes to enhance business efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems (using REST/SOAP APIs).
- Design and develop reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and alignment with platform best practices.
