Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading transformation projects or initiatives in large organizations.
- Experience working at the intersection of business and IT.
- Practical knowledge of project management and project governance.
- Experience in risk, dependency, and change management.
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders across different seniority levels.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and decision-making meetings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing management materials and recommendations.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Very good command of English (B2 level).
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives and end-to-end projects.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new processes, workflows, and ways of working.
- Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
- Coordinate actions of multiple teams involved in change implementation.
- Conduct workshops, project meetings, and decision-making sessions.
- Monitor progress and identify potential issues and corrective actions.
- Prepare analyses, recommendations, and materials for management and decision-making forums.
