Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, Knowledge, Service Request Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Experience with workflow development, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI scripting (Business Rules, ACLs).
- Fluent in both English and Polish.
- Methodical and focused work approach.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Residency in Poland is required.
- ServiceNow certifications are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and participate in SCRUM sessions.
- Develop and administer ServiceNow platform including configuration, security, and data management.
- Design and implement workflows, portals, widgets, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage platform integrations using REST/SOAP and handle system updates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and validate solutions before deployment.
- Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities.
- Provide support for testing, deployment, and mentor junior team members.
