Requirements
- Proven expertise in building and scaling high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Deep experience with LLM orchestration, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
- Background in building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems handling tool-calling and complex state.
- Strong understanding of trade-offs between model architectures, fine-tuning, and inference costs.
- Experience designing platform primitives like APIs, skills, and agentic harnesses for internal builders.
- Track record of building products that balance technical tradeoffs with end-user outcomes.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and turn ambiguity into clear, working software.
- Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills in non-deterministic systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define patterns for agentic platform architecture including skills, tools, memory, and scheduled prompts.
- Extend the platform to allow internal teams to build high-value deliverables into Breeze.
- Collaborate with the Context team to integrate trustworthy growth context into Breeze interactions.
- Prototype and validate new GenAI capabilities using LLMs and RAG frameworks.
- Ship and maintain high-impact production code for platform initiatives.
- Drive strategy for LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, and data privacy.
- Partner with Product, AI Research, and Ecosystem teams to expose tools and APIs to Breeze.
- Mentor senior engineers on prompt engineering, model selection, and agentic design patterns.
