Requirements
- 2+ years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in Mixpanel (dashboards, event tracking, taxonomy).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying structured and unstructured data.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or processing.
- Experience with Snowflake, including pipelines, schema design, and visualizations.
- Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Ability to read application code to debug analytics instrumentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or behavioral science field preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for translating complex insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams to inform feature development and behavioral interventions.
- Design hypotheses, execute experiments, and analyze outcomes.
- Build and maintain Mixpanel dashboards and define event tracking instrumentation.
- Write SQL to query internal databases and manage Snowflake data warehouses.
- Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and statistical analysis.
- Conduct qualitative user research and support commercial/academic reporting.
- Write methods and results sections for research manuscripts and assist with grant-funded projects.
