Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across software, cloud, data, security, or solution architecture.
- Significant experience leading complex architecture decisions.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering production AI, machine learning, data, or agentic systems.
- Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience (application hosting, identity, networking, security, deployment).
- Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, and agent orchestration.
- Experience designing APIs, data integrations, and secure tool-integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph.
- Working proficiency in Python for code review, scripting, and log analysis.
- Strong written and spoken English, with ability to lead technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, design reviews, and working sessions for financial services clients.
- Translate business priorities into practical AI roadmaps, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Architect secure AI applications and agentic workflows using Microsoft Azure and enterprise data platforms.
- Define identity, security, data access, and auditing controls for AI solutions.
- Evaluate technical risks and production readiness across model selection, integrations, and deployment.
- Convert prototypes into implementation-ready architectures, standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide technical leadership to AI Engineers by reviewing code, testing results, and deployment plans.
- Establish an AI Center of Excellence including reference architectures and engineering standards.
- Partner with leadership to design and utilize AI lab and validation environments.
