Requirements
- Solid software development experience (Java, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitFlow, SonarQube).
- Cloud computing experience, especially AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3).
- Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
- Ability to write and review prompts, configure agents, and evaluate output quality.
- Understanding of code quality practices: automated tests, BDD, and SAST.
- Excellent communication and ability to act as a partner to the client to understand objectives and propose solutions.
- Proactive and resilient profile, with an ability to work transversally across multiple contexts simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in generative AI and agentic models, with a willingness to learn and disseminate knowledge within the team.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure generative AI platforms for client-specific SDLC needs (skills, personas, prompts, context).
- Develop and maintain agentic workflows integrated into the development pipeline (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD).
- Integrate AI agents across multiple SDLC stages: analysis, refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
- Adjust agent parameters and strategies for optimal performance at each stage.
- Plan and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap alongside the AI Orchestrator.
- Automate development stages while maintaining quality, security, and compliance standards (SonarQube, Veracode, test coverage).
- Identify and mitigate technical risks for using agents in production environments.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in implemented AI solutions.
- Act cross-functionally across squads, supporting technical discussions and production incident resolution.
