Requirements
- 3–5 years of core, client-facing consulting experience.
- Currently or previously operating from Consultant/Associate through Project Leader/Engagement Manager level at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
- Ability to structure unfamiliar problems and make clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Proficiency in working with messy data and building concise, decision-ready analyses.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust at various organizational levels.
- Bias for delivery, ownership, and maintaining a reliable customer cadence.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment without large teams or pre-existing playbooks.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively to enhance personal productivity and output quality.
- Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site with customers for several days at a time.
Responsibilities
- Own the workstream fact base by analyzing processes, handoffs, and data to identify losses in cost, cash, or service.
- Produce clear, numerate, and decision-ready analysis, slides, and decision documents.
- Run the weekly operating cadence with customer teams, including preparing sessions and maintaining action logs.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge business needs and technical delivery during live implementation.
- Track progress against transformation targets and prepare evidence of impact for stakeholders.
- Escalate risks and decisions to senior team members promptly.
