Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license with NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) multi-state privileges.
- ADN or BSN degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of active RN clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in women's health, reproductive health, OB/GYN, fertility, endocrinology, or menopause care.
- Proven nurse triage experience including urgency assessment and critical lab value recognition.
- Solid understanding of RN scope of practice and clinical escalation judgment.
- Strong written communication for asynchronous messaging and phone communication skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and e-fax workflows.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and telemedicine regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts within the Monday-Friday, 8:00a-6:00p CST window.
- Access to a HIPAA-compliant, private home workspace and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first clinical reviewer of inbound member messages, triaging for urgency and escalating to physicians when necessary.
- Deliver evidence-based member education on menopause, hormone therapy, preconception, and metabolic health.
- Review and triage incoming lab results, coordinate specialist referrals, and manage pharmacy callbacks and prior authorizations.
- Document all clinically relevant interactions same-day and maintain internal task tracking.
- Maintain active NLC multi-state licensure and adhere to HIPAA, continuing education, and liability coverage requirements.
- Contribute to chart audits and clinical protocol feedback as the telemedicine program scales.
