- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst or equivalent.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Working proficiency in SQL.
- Solid grasp of data analysis concepts.
- Strong Excel skills and command of data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling.
- Track record of building trust-based relationships and cross-functional partnering.
- Strong communication skills and decisive judgment.
- Interest in the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts through consistent feedback and support.
- Own delivery outcomes and prioritization across the team’s conversion portfolio.
- Utilize data and KPIs to monitor trends, identify risks, and address potential blockers.
- Partner with Leaders, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
- Apply expertise in conversion workflows and data mapping to guide team decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on psychological safety and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a steady leadership presence during high-volume and high-risk periods.
