Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, or conversion delivery roles.
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Working proficiency in SQL and a solid grasp of data analysis concepts.
- Strong Excel skills and command of data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling.
- A track record of building trust-based relationships and partnering effectively across functions.
- Clear, simple communication and the judgment to act decisively when delivery, quality, or morale is on the line.
- Cares about the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts, investing consistent time in feedback, growth, and day-to-day support.
- Own delivery outcomes and final prioritization decisions across the team’s conversion portfolio, balancing delivery pressure with sustainable team practices.
- Use data and KPIs to spot trends early, weigh risks and tradeoffs, and step in before small issues become blockers.
- Partner closely with Leaders, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support to keep conversion work connected to customer getting started outcomes and business value.
- Apply a strong understanding of conversion workflows, data mapping, and Bloomerang’s data model to guide decisions without taking the work off your analysts’ plates.
- Create psychological safety so team members surface risks and mistakes early, and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Make timely people and delivery decisions within established strategy and guidelines, and escalate thoughtfully when broader alignment is needed.
- Model Bloomerang’s values in every interaction, balancing empathy with accountability and simplifying expectations, processes, and communication for the team.
