Requirements
- 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
- 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE maintaining high-RPS distributed products.
- Strong hands-on experience building complex CI/CD pipelines and implementing IaC.
- Proven experience realizing various deployment strategies.
- Experience implementing secure development environments.
- Practical experience developing and maintaining large scalable cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Data-driven approach to decision-making supported by concrete metrics.
- Ability to build relationships, adhere to agreements, and interface between teams.
- Proficiency with technologies such as .Net Core, MongoDB, Vue 2/3, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Jaeger, and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams to support development, deployment, and operations.
- Ensure system availability, scalability, and reliability for staging and production environments.
- Enforce rigorous CI/CD testing and reviews to eliminate release errors.
- Maintain staging infrastructure with 99.9% uptime and production availability at 99.99%.
- Implement resilient systems, procedures, and effective disaster recovery plans.
- Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and environments to decrease lead time.
- Hire, mentor, and provide career development coaching to team members across regions.
