Requirements
- Expertise in one or more of: C#, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases.
- Experience writing unit tests.
- Knowledge of instrumentation techniques.
- Experience building and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience giving and receiving live and written code reviews.
- Ability to work with minimal instruction as a self-starter.
- Experience with horizontally scaling systems (nice to have).
- Familiarity with message/event-driven architecture and distributed systems (nice to have).
- Familiarity with systems integration (nice to have).
- Experience working with an integrated design team (nice to have).
- Automation mindset (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate software products within an engineering team.
- Practice leadership by example, utilizing best development practices and effective communication.
- Provide intentional mentorship to less experienced developers.
- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and project direction meetings with honesty and openness.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve bugs and technical problems.
- Research and integrate new technologies, libraries, and tools to drive organizational change.
