Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience working with or within MSPs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience building and implementing Security Programs
- Familiarity with RMMs and PSAs
- Familiarity with SIEM tools like Elastic or Splunk
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
- Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
- Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers
