Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing responsibilities.
- 5+ years of professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or AWS (GCP strongly preferred).
- Professional-level GCP certification.
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading the deployment of scalable cloud solutions.
- Strong production-grade software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative AI.
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to make informed technical trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
- Ability to drive initiatives independently from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to introduce and scale agentic solutions, intelligent automation, and AI-powered workflows.
- Lead technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from discovery and prototyping through production.
- Architect, build, and demonstrate fit-for-purpose full-stack and agentic solutions.
- Develop production-grade software and AI agents with over 60% of time spent on hands-on coding.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and provide field feedback to Product and Research.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant for stakeholders, including senior leaders and CXOs.
