Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Substantial hands-on experience building production applications in C#, WPF, and .NET.
- Direct experience building Windows deployment software or application deployment software.
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting network services including DHCP, PXE, proxy servers, and CDNs.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, APIs, asynchronous processing, and data access.
- Proven ability to take complex features from requirements through production support.
- Experience diagnosing software problems using logs, metrics, traces, debuggers, and profilers.
- Quality-focused with experience in unit, integration, and automated testing, code review, and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including data modeling and query performance.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and with systems like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain production software for AidenBot using C#, WPF, and .NET.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture, evaluating tradeoffs and documenting decisions.
- Deliver product capabilities end-to-end, from refinement and implementation to testing and deployment support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex defects across application code, services, integrations, and Windows endpoint environments.
- Ensure engineering quality through clear code, automated testing, secure practices, and source control.
- Collaborate and mentor teammates by sharing context, reviewing designs, and pairing on problems.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering and agentic workflows to improve speed while maintaining quality and security.
