Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Proven experience in tech transactions in both law firm and in-house settings.
- Track record negotiating SaaS, commercial, NDAs, SLAs, EULAs, and vendor agreements.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, data privacy law (GDPR, CCPA), and IP law.
- Ability to mitigate risk under deal-closing time pressure.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate sales agreements for new logos and renewals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor, reseller, and partnership agreements.
- Revamp and standardize contracting processes for a multi-product business.
- Draft and negotiate customer agreements including SLAs, EULAs, and subscription contracts.
- Advise on GDPR, CCPA, and intellectual property matters.
- Supervise APAC legal resources and coordinate with external counsel.
