Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Member in good standing with a state bar.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house preferred.
- Strong background in commercial technology contracting (SaaS, licensing, channel partner agreements).
- Federal government contracting experience (FAR/DFARS, GSA schedules) preferred.
- Exposure to data privacy, employment law, and general corporate compliance.
- Experience working with global/international teams and jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for commercial and federal customer, vendor, and channel partner agreements.
- Partner with other departments to structure and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain and improve template agreements, contract playbooks, and negotiation processes.
- Review, draft, and negotiate client and supplier technology transactions (SaaS, software licenses, vendor, and partner agreements).
- Support federal and government contracting matters including FAR/DFARS compliance and GSA schedule contracts.
- Provide legal support on data privacy, employment law, and general corporate compliance matters.
- Assist with entity management, governance activities, and intellectual property matters.
