Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years experience as an engineer as part of a cross-functional team.
- 4+ years experience as an engineer building complex frontend (UI/UX) focused applications.
- 4+ years of experience working with CSS/HTML/Javascript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember).
- 2+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
- 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
- Experience building integration apps with health-tech systems (EHRs/EMRs) preferred.
- Expertise in at least one server-side technology (Python preferred).
- Deep understanding of the DOM and browser internals.
- Experience building chromium-based apps or pluggable UIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through pull request reviews.
- Build fullstack applications compatible with EHR systems.
- Utilize interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
