Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with primary frontend expertise.
- Deep, demonstrable proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Next.js in production applications.
- Senior-level React Native/Expo mobile development experience.
- Strong Node.js backend capability including relational and document database design.
- Dedicated work area separate from living areas for information privacy.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Ability to keep company sensitive documents secure.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture of frontend, mobile, and backend platforms including rendering strategy, state management, and API structure.
- Design and implement complex frontend and mobile features using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and React Native.
- Design and implement complex Next.js API routes and Node.js backend services including authentication, caching, and database design.
- Provide technical leadership to the Node sub-team, lead code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Own performance optimization, testing strategy, and CI/CD pipeline governance to ensure secure, HIPAA-compliant applications.
