Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in product management, product operations, portfolio operations, or commercial operations.
- 2-4 years of direct people management or equivalent functional leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to integrate product, commercial, operational, financial, and quality data.
- Proven experience in product performance, demand planning, forecasting, pricing analytics, or lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management in a quality-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems, and tools for scalability.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Strong business judgment and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management Operations team.
- Develop and improve Product Management processes, tools, systems, and metrics.
- Lead product and portfolio performance analytics, integrating commercial, operational, financial, and quality data.
- Support business and portfolio reviews by surfacing trends in product performance, demand, pricing, margin, and quality.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting efforts in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support pricing strategy and governance through structured analytics.
- Manage operational processes for Product Care & Quality (PCQ) and lifecycle management.
- Provide operational leadership for the custom product portfolio.
- Represent Product Management in cross-functional systems and data initiatives.
