Requirements
- 2-4 years of software project management experience, preferably in IT services or outsourcing.
- Fluent professional Ukrainian language proficiency.
- Strong Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).
- Experience coordinating engineering, QA, design, and DevOps teams (5-15 specialists).
- End-to-end delivery experience, from initial intake to production support.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Technical fluency to discuss APIs, databases, deployments, rollbacks, and incidents.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools for prototyping and automation.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct line authority.
- Strong attention to detail and calm judgment in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project tracking in Asana for all initiatives and requests.
- Define clear ownership, milestones, dates, and dependencies for ongoing projects.
- Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Negotiate and execute delivery plans as confirmed by the CTO.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle, including testing, releases, support, and adoption.
- Identify, surface, and escalate risks and blockers to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform business analysis to refine project scope.
- Manage user acceptance testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
