Requirements
- Fluency in French.
- Bachelor's Degree (health or science field preferred).
- Significant experience in project management or clinical research within a CRO or research-related organization.
- Direct clinical trial or PA-NPP experience.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) platforms.
- Understanding of basic data processing and electronic data capture.
- Knowledge of clinical development process from Phase I through regulatory submission.
- Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, FDA, and GDPR regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee regional and global PA-NPP or related projects to ensure contractual timelines are met.
- Develop and maintain program project plans, budgets, and timelines in compliance with the Scope of Work.
- Provide leadership, training, and operational oversight for project teams.
- Manage client relationships to ensure operational processes and project delivery remain within scope.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through consistent communication with internal and client stakeholders.
- Review Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) documentation and provide operational oversight for site visits and payments.
- Participate in proposal meetings and contribute to updating internal SOPs and quality assurance processes.
