Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience specifically in TRICARE.
- Experience in healthcare provider relations, management, or contract negotiations.
- Experience in customer relationship management with professional, courteous interaction.
- Proven ability to analyze complex information, research problems, and implement solutions.
- Exceptional public-speaking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook).
- Superior organizational skills to manage multiple activities.
- Ability to work effectively and independently as a self-starter.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain collaborative relationships with National Health System providers in the East Region.
- Manage provider relations, education, and network adequacy within the assigned territory.
- Lead the review, investigation, and resolution of TRICARE inquiries, complaints, and concerns from beneficiaries, providers, and government personnel.
- Deliver expert guidance to TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility staff, and healthcare providers.
- Implement Alternative Payment Methodologies and Demonstration Pilots to advance value-based care.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance and data integrity.
