Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or S&OP/IBP in a multi-channel, multi-market consumer goods or beauty environment.
  • 4+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building or leading a formal S&OP/IBP process.
  • Advanced Excel skills using large data sets for ad hoc analysis and reporting at category and SKU levels.
  • Experience leading planning system implementations (Oracle Planning Central or comparable) or major process redesigns.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical capability to synthesize demand signals across multiple systems and markets.
  • Ability to write clear, structured forecasting standards and work instructions for global execution.
  • Proven influencing skills across commercial, finance, and supply chain audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own aggregated, category-level global demand planning for revenue-generating units.
  • Scale a single, consistent forecasting methodology across NAM, APAC, EU, and ANZ.
  • Maintain a rolling 18-month demand horizon with consistent assumptions for base trends, launches, and promotions.
  • Lead the demand step of a formal, integrated S&OP process spanning demand, supply, commercial, and finance teams.
  • Run in-month global pacing views to identify revenue risks and opportunities.
  • Drive Quarterly Category Hindsight reviews and assortment optimization to reduce SLOB exposure.
  • Hire, manage, and develop the Global Category Demand Planning team.
  • Lead the demand planning functional integration on the Oracle Planning Central (OPC) implementation.
