Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing data analyst-related duties.
- Demonstrated experience working with data dashboards and data integration programs.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of the MEDCOM mission and operational environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet management-established goals, milestones, and deadlines.
- Maintain broadband internet service capable of supporting video conferencing, VPN connectivity, and cloud-based applications (min 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload).
Responsibilities
- Manage, analyze, validate, and prepare facilities data supporting OTSG/MEDCOM operations and Medical Readiness.
- Conduct data mining, routine analysis, modeling, and research using information from diverse sources.
- Prepare ad hoc queries, reports, data calls, and analytical products based on government requirements.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of business intelligence dashboards supporting Army Medical Readiness.
- Collaborate with MEDCOM, OTSG, project teams, and government stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and provide recommendations.
- Plan and lead database and analytical process-improvement initiatives to improve data reliability and efficiency.
