Requirements
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to work.
- Personal experience using AI tools, preferably Claude.
- Comfort with structure, documentation, and managing complex information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack.
- Experience with CRMs or project tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Interest in technology, cloud computing, or marketing partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Document and improve internal workflows and team handoffs.
- Track key action items, SLAs, and deadlines for partner initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of event preparation, internal enablement, and reporting.
- Collect and synthesize metrics and updates from internal stakeholders into formatted reports.
- Maintain accurate records in Anthropic, Amazon Partner Network, and Google Drive.
- Draft internal briefs, updates, and meeting recaps.
- Operationalize new marketing pilots and funded initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve roadblocks.
