Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility billing, policy development, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of utility billing operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in billing systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven strategic planning and execution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of utility billing processes and standards.
- Oversee data analysis regarding utility consumption, billing patterns, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal, to integrate billing systems.
- Manage 3rd party relationships and ensure integrations function as expected.
- Lead projects aimed at improving billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated billing issues and provide oversight for resident inquiries.
