Responsibilities
- Identify and fix workflow inefficiencies across teams.
- Oversee and maintain the OKR system and lead migration to a new platform.
- Establish and improve internal communication flows and meeting documentation.
- Work closely with the COO to develop and drive strategic initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring operational challenges.
