Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role
- Strong experience working in the U.S. business environment
- Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of mortgage operations, loan origination, processing, or brokerage workflows
- Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational processes
- Comfortable working with CRMs, business software, and technology
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs
- Coordinate workflows between Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Marketing, and other departments
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve overall performance
- Establish clear procedures, responsibilities, and accountability across departments
- Manage and optimize internal systems, tools, and workflows
- Work closely with company leadership on operational strategy and execution
- Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management
