Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years' experience leading project management efforts for federal programs, healthcare programs, or complex technical review environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in risk management and corrective action development.
- Proven experience in stakeholder communication.
- Experience producing executive‑level reporting materials.
- Experience maintaining compliance with federal performance standards.
- PMP certification highly preferred.
- Agile framework knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide project oversight, planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination for monthly and quarterly deliverables.
- Manage the intake, validation, review, tracking, and summarization of up to 30 recognition requests per month.
- Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation structures.
- Establish repeatable processes and technical review standards for the project framework.
- Create digital resources required for project implementation.
- Develop applicant communication workflows.
- Produce executive-level reporting materials.
