Requirements
- 5+ years as a Software Engineer working on product domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Full stack proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Experience with Node.js and GraphQL.
- Experience with Postgres or other relational databases.
- Experience with Google Cloud services like BigQuery or equivalent technologies.
- Strong sense of customer obsession and ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or strong interest in using agentic AI development tools.
- Ability to lead with empathy and example.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, and designers to shape solutions.
- Develop key features and workflows that improve patient access to medical technology.
- Analyze data to identify product enhancements and resolve performance issues.
- Influence team culture, processes, and engineering standards.
- Explore and integrate new tools and technologies to improve scalability.
- Mentor and inspire up-and-coming engineers.
- Utilize agentic AI tools like Claude Code and Codex for development.
