Job Details

2+ years in a technical role working directly with external clients (solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting).
Proven client-facing judgment and ability to manage scoping calls with non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, pagination, and rate limits.
Proficiency in Python for writing, debugging, and explaining code/design choices.
Hands-on experience building automations in low-code or config-heavy tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Salesforce Flow).
Daily familiarity with AI tools and practical experience in their application.
Proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously against deadlines.
Ability to work in an EU-based remote environment aligned with UK business hours.

Run scoping sessions with a client's operations and engineering teams to identify requirements.
Present technical designs and advise clients on optimal implementation strategies.
Design and build automation flows within the DigitalGenius platform for complex use cases.
Integrate the platform with client ecosystems (Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, OMS) via APIs and webhooks.
Build custom Python actions and tune/evaluate LLM components.
Troubleshoot behaviors across AI and data systems, often in live client environments.
Translate technical results for non-technical stakeholders to drive account growth.
Provide product feedback to ensure platform evolution based on real-world implementations.
