Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant structural heart or interventional cardiology experience.
- Significant hands-on experience supporting TAVR procedures in cath lab or hybrid operating room environments.
- Proven people-management experience with responsibility for coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
- Deep expertise in TAVR procedural support, patient evaluation, and procedural planning.
- Strong knowledge of CT and echocardiographic imaging as applied to structural heart procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical trial operations and protocol adherence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clinical sites.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Specialists, establishing clear expectations around clinical performance and technical competence.
- Oversee onboarding, certification, and competency assessment for the clinical field team.
- Conduct field visits and procedural case observations to evaluate performance and provide targeted coaching.
- Support workforce planning, case coverage, and resource allocation across North American clinical trial sites.
- Partner with Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs to monitor site activity, protocol adherence, and trial readiness.
- Provide hands-on procedural case coverage when clinical or business needs require it.
- Serve as a liaison between the field organization and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
