Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Conversation Design with technical and strategic understanding.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problems without predefined scope and make prioritization decisions.
- Strong experience designing conversational architectures, complex flows, and multichannel customer journeys.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to act as a technical reference and influence decisions.
- Strong written communication skills, including understanding of grammar and effective language.
- Experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Gemini, prompt design, LLMs, NLP, and intents.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing is desirable.
- Previous experience in technology companies or fintech environments is a plus.
- Experience consolidating learnings and guiding colleagues on design and technology topics is valued.
Responsibilities
- Architect complex conversational flows and multichannel journeys, translating business requirements and user insights into scalable and sustainable conversational experiences.
- Ensure technical consistency across conversational solutions while maintaining appropriate tone, language, and communication standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define viable, scalable, and efficient AI-driven solutions.
- Define and monitor performance metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for structural improvements.
- Develop and maintain conversation design frameworks, guidelines, and governance practices.
- Provide technical mentorship to other Conversation Designers and promote design best practices.
- Translate organizational strategy into tactical direction, acting as a technical reference for complex scenarios.
