Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Extensive experience in Data Engineering and the development of data pipelines in corporate environments.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-oriented architectures, including Agentic AI concepts.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Experience building evaluation and monitoring pipelines for AI applications.
- Strong experience with automated testing, software quality, and validation of data workflows.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation.
- Advanced Python skills applied to Data Engineering and AI solutions.
- Extensive experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting for distributed applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve corporate frameworks for intelligent agents and AI-powered applications.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines supporting decision engines, autonomous agents, and Generative AI solutions.
- Design feedback loops that continuously improve the quality, performance, and accuracy of AI agents.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and contextual retrieval mechanisms.
- Structure and automate evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI applications.
- Develop automated functional tests and quality assurance mechanisms for data pipelines, agents, and AI components.
- Establish standards for resilience, reliability, availability, traceability, and observability across data and intelligent application workflows.
- Implement and improve CI/CD practices for data pipelines and AI components.
