Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platforms on AWS.
- Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with agentic-AI software development practices.
- Experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar).
- Expertise in Java 25 and SpringBoot.
- Deep expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Proven experience owning front-end architecture and design-system strategy.
- Strong track record with accessibility (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization.
- Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals that deliver near-term business value.
- Influence technical direction through architecture reviews, RFCs, and hands-on collaboration.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the product/platform architecture roadmap.
- Balance delivery speed, quality, maintainability, and platform health.
- Break down large initiatives into parallelizable work streams.
- Champion proposals through the SDLC and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive system reliability and observability.
- Mentor developers through design reviews and AI-assisted workflows.
