Requirements

- Deep understanding of clipping marketplaces, agency models, and freelancer management.
- Expert knowledge of viral content trends on TikTok, X, Instagram, and Shorts.
- Experience in the iGaming, crypto, or sports betting industry.
- Ability to build and scale an operation from scratch.
- Proven ability to drive viral campaigns on social platforms.
- Strategic mindset regarding marketing tactics and platform limitations.
Responsibilities
- Own the clipping process from end to end.
- Operate the current pipeline and resolve technical or process issues.
- Develop and execute a plan to bring clipping operations fully in-house.
- Manage sourcing, vetting, briefing, and quality control of clippers.
- Coordinate payment and administrative processes for content creators.
- Lead initiatives to create a scalable internal content machine.
