- Familiarity with RPA platforms and workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
- Ability to translate unstructured business inputs into structured automation logic.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents to transform how work is captured, analyzed, and executed.
- Build AI-driven systems capable of reasoning, taking action, and managing workflows.
- Lead development of AI-powered automation design capabilities, including auto-generation of Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
- Develop and maintain workflow orchestration and intelligent decision-making systems.
- Oversee governance, risk management, and responsible AI implementation.
- Drive process optimization and define automation strategy.
