Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in backend software development with Java, including Java 8, 11, and 21.
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.
- Experience working with SQL Server and Sybase databases.
- Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience creating and monitoring batch processing solutions, preferably using Spring Batch.
- Practical knowledge of system integration patterns and integration architecture.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or Kanban.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, including tools such as Devin, Cursor, or Gemini, LLM concepts, and integration APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications and software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Perform software testing, resolve bugs, and ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of solutions.
- Document source code, technical decisions, and implemented solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other developers.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies and development practices.
- Develop, configure, and monitor batch processing solutions, preferably using Spring Batch.
- Monitor systems and applications running in production.
- Contribute to system integrations and apply integration patterns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
- Incorporate AI-assisted development practices into the software lifecycle.
