Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
- Professional experience with Java, including versions 8, 11, and 21.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Sybase.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience developing and monitoring batch processing solutions, preferably with Spring Batch.
- Knowledge of system integration patterns and practices.
- Experience working in agile development teams using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to software development (Devin, Cursor, Gemini, LLM concepts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend software using Java and related technologies following project specifications.
- Build and maintain scalable applications, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Design, implement, and maintain software integrations.
- Perform software testing, identify bugs, and implement solutions to ensure quality.
- Document code and technical solutions to facilitate maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Support the development team by providing technical guidance.
- Research and adopt new technologies to improve software performance.
- Develop and monitor batch processing solutions, preferably using Spring Batch.
- Monitor applications in production, identifying and resolving incidents.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and collaborate using Scrum, XP, or Kanban.
